Everything you need to know before, during and after your trip.

Booking

How do I book a tour?

Open any experience page and click "Book via WhatsApp". Fill in your name, email, travel date and group size — we will confirm within a few hours and send you a full briefing.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No. We operate on a pay-locally model — you pay your guide in cash (MAD, EUR or USD accepted) on the day of the experience. No credit card is required to reserve your spot.

Can I book for a large group?

Yes. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for groups of 9 or more and we will arrange a private departure with a dedicated vehicle and guide.

Is the price per person or per group?

All prices shown are per person, unless the listing explicitly states otherwise (e.g. some vehicle-based day trips have a flat rate for up to 4 passengers).

Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 1 month before your experience starts. Cancellations within 1 month may incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the total cost to cover guide and transport costs already committed.

What if the weather is bad?

Morocco has very little rainfall. In the rare event of severe weather that makes an activity unsafe, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your start time and we will do our best to find an alternative date.

During Your Trip

What should I wear in Morocco?

Lightweight, loose-fitting clothes in neutral colours are best for medinas. Cover shoulders and knees when visiting mosques or religious sites. In the Sahara, bring warm layers — desert nights are cold even in summer.

Is it safe to travel in Morocco?

Morocco is one of Africa's most visited and safest tourist destinations. Petty theft exists as in any tourist city — keep valuables secure in the medinas. Our guides know the safe routes and will always be nearby.

What currency should I bring?

The local currency is the Moroccan dirham (MAD). Euros and US dollars are widely accepted by guides and in tourist areas, but you will get better value paying in dirhams. ATMs are available in all cities.
