Terms of Service

By using the Marokko Tur website and booking any of our experiences, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Reservations

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Marokko Tur via WhatsApp or email. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD per person unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the agreed price is fixed.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made locally in cash (MAD, EUR or USD) to your guide or driver on the day of the experience. Marokko Tur does not store any payment card information.

4. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made more than 1 month before the scheduled start time: full refund or free reschedule.

Cancellations made within 1 month of the scheduled start time: a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking value may apply to cover pre-committed costs (guide fee, transport, accommodation deposits).

No-shows without prior notice: full cost may be charged.

5. Cancellations by Marokko Tur

Marokko Tur reserves the right to cancel any experience due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, insufficient bookings, or force majeure events. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative date at no extra charge.

6. Responsibility and Liability

Marokko Tur acts as an organiser of travel experiences. Customers participate voluntarily and accept that certain activities (trekking, camel riding, quad biking, surfing) carry inherent risks. We take every reasonable precaution for your safety, but we cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities, except where caused by our direct negligence.

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before their trip, covering medical expenses, cancellation, and personal liability.

7. Health and Fitness

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the experiences they book. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

8. Behaviour

Marokko Tur reserves the right to remove any participant from an experience without refund if their behaviour endangers others, violates local laws, or causes significant disruption to the group or local communities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, itineraries and branding — is the property of Marokko Tur and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
