    Arrive at the family riad. Sit down for mint tea and a short introduction to Moroccan cuisine.

    Cooking lesson begins

    Hands-on preparation of a chicken or vegetable tagine, couscous with seven vegetables, and Moroccan bastilla pastry.

    Sit down and eat!

    Enjoy the meal you cooked on the riad rooftop, with Moroccan salads, fresh bread and seasonal fruit.
