    Your guide meets you at the Grand Socco (Place du 9 Avril), the gateway between the new city and the old medina.

    Medina & Petit Socco

    Wind through the narrow streets of the medina, stopping at the Petit Socco — the historic heart of old Tangier and former haunt of writers and artists.

    Kasbah & palace museum

    Climb to the Kasbah district for panoramic views over the Strait of Gibraltar. Visit Dar el-Makhzen, the former sultan's palace turned museum of Moroccan arts.

    Cape Spartel lighthouse

    Drive to Africa's north-western tip where the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea meet. Photo stop at the 1864 lighthouse.

    Caves of Hercules

    Explore the sea caves carved by Neolithic man and later by millstone cutters. The sea-facing opening is shaped like the map of Africa.

    Return & drop-off

    Transfer back to your hotel or Tangier city centre.
